Refund Policy

Effective 2026-05-05.

pgblame is operated by Yair Liberzon. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing and tax and issues refunds back to your original payment method on our behalf.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with a paid plan (Pro or Agency), email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it — no questions asked. For an annual plan paid mid-term, the refund is pro-rated for the unused period.

How to request a refund

Email hi@pgblame.com from the address on your account, or reply to any pgblame receipt, and tell us which charge you'd like refunded. We respond within 2 business days and the refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank).

Cancellations

You can cancel anytime from the customer portal linked in your dashboard and in your Lemon Squeezy receipts. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. After the 14-day window we don't pro-rate refunds for a cancellation — you simply aren't billed again.

Free tier

The free tier is free and requires no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
